Is summer drawing to a close already??? What a season it has been for us. It's time for an update here, so I thought I'd share some of our summer memories. (Click on any picture to make it bigger.)
Here's our Nate, chillin' with his papa!
I'm sure you can guess what Brady is doing here!!!
And what would summer be without a day spent at the Festival,
going on the same 3 rides over and over and over...
(Brady's giving us the 'thumbs up'!)
Always willing to pitch in and help! ;)
We plunked a ribeye down on his plate and this was his immediate
reaction as to his method of devouring it. Instinct??
I love my big boy...
and my little one!
An update on Nate: Nate has been doing well this summer from what we can tell. He's been gaining weight which is great! He's doubled his birth weight, and now at 4 months is 16 lbs! He continues to have a lot of congestion, which our doctor does not seem concerned with, but I will bring this up with his pediatric cardiologist at the next appointment. We'll be going in for that at the end of September. Don and I, along with so many others are praying for a miracle for our little Nate. We believe in a God of miracles, and we pray daily for Nate's complete healing. Thank you to our family and friends who have been there for us; crying with us and praying with us...giving us so much encouragement, and helping us in so many ways. God Bless you! (There is more info on Nate in the second post, named "The First Day...)
PS - Thanks, Michele, for letting Brady play at your house this afternoon!!!
